SETUP ALERTS: We will also setup ALERTS so you are emailed any new properties listed that meet that criteria. This will ensure we don't miss any opportunities.

REVIEW RENTAL LIST: After that, we'll follow up with you to make sure you received the list and confirm that it meets your needs. We can always make adjustments if needed.

VISIT SELECTED RENTALS: At that point, you just tell us what you want to see and we'll handle scheduling and showing everything.

NEGOTIATE AND LEASE: When we find the right rental for you, we'll then handle the negotiation, paperwork and payment of move-in costs so it's a smooth and easy process.
